A path, not a score
The learner does not need a ranking. They need to see: the surah that once felt immense, the pages that now hold, the passage that is still tender. Progress tracking is there to clarify, not to compare.
Memorisation goals — when the structure and the teacher set them — remain a frame. They do not become a race.
Hifz, revision, recitations
Memorisation follow-up (hifz) and revision follow-up travel together. A newly held portion needs to be reviewed. A heard recitation leaves a trace for the next session.
The learner finds what to prepare, what was heard, the thread of their hifz — without asking each time, “where am I?”
- A visible memorisation path
- Recitations and assignments found again from session to session
- A history that remains, year after year
A dignified presence
The learner’s path is not a performance board. Darajet refuses language that turns the Quran into a challenge to be “won”. The student sees the path. The teacher accompanies. The family, when they have access, looks on with respect.
